Special Drafting Orders  From Ottawa

H M C S "Prevost" London, Ontario, Canada issued a report order to John M  Wheelton to report on September 21st, 1942 to London Ontario.     Four days later John M Wheelton was sent to the West Coast.  This was in regards to a Special drafting orders from  Department of National Defense Ottawa .
